Broken Adobe Reader DC icon in Windows 10 Start Menu

Issue

Adobe Reader DC shortcut in Windows 10 Start Menu lost correct icon.

The same issue affect Adobe Reader DC shortcut in Windows 10 Start Menu search results.

Resolution

• Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete Acrobat Reader DC shortcut (which also has an incorrect icon)
• On your desktop create a new shortcut pointing to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe and name it Acrobat Reader DC (which should now have a correct icon).
• Move the new shortcut to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
