Invenias – Invalid identity token
Issue A user can no longer login into his Invenias X account. Logging in via a web browser ends up with webpage perpetually loading. Logging in via Outlook plugin fails with “Invalid Identity Token” error.

Sophos Central – Block all websites except white-listed
Following instructions allow to block all web access for a particular user, except few manually whitelisted websites. All actions are performed in the Sophos Central Admin web console.

iDrive backups fail – File / Folder does not exist
Issue iDrive backups fail every time. Detailed logs show error “Reason: File / Folder does not exist” for some files. These files were actually deleted from the hard drive intentionally by the user, not sure why iDrive was flagging this as an error… Everything else was backed up as expected.

Private emails sent to Office 365 shared mailbox not visible in Outlook
Issue Emails marked by a sender as Private and sent to Office 365 Shared Mailbox are not visible in Outlook for users with Full Access permissions. The only indication about these emails is increasing unread item count in the shared mailbox Inbox folder.

Clipboard sharing doesn’t work in Windows 10 Remote Desktop modern app
It’s an ongoing temperamental issue – occasionally clipboard sharing stops working in Windows 10 Remote Desktop app. When this happens, I usually can fix this by killing and restarting rdpclip.exe process on the remote computer.

Intel Q45/Q43 doesn’t support 1920×1080 resolution after Windows 10 Upgrade
Issue After upgrading Dell Optiplex 780 PC (Intel Core2 Duo E7500 with Intel Q45/Q43 graphics chipset) to Windows 10 it’s no longer possible to set the monitor to its native 1920 x 1080 resolution. Maximum allowed resolution is listed as 1600 x 1200.

Disable Google Picasa screenshots feature
When Google Picasa is running it will intercept any screenshots you take and automatically save them in C:\Users\<username>\Pictures\Picasa\Screen Captures folder. Transfer VPN connections between PCs in Windows 10
To transfer all your VPN connections from one Windows 10 PC to another simply copy the following file: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Network\Connections\Pbk\rasphone.pbk. This will not transfer VPN authentication credentials so you will need to enter these manually.
