After installing Windows Update you may get a restart prompt which will keep popping up every few minutes. You may want to disable it and restart the computer yourself when convenient.
To disable the prompt you need to stop the Automatic Updates service. Service will be started automatically after the restart.

Start > Run > services.msc
Automatic Updates > Stop

OR

Start > Run > cmd
net stop wuauserv
