Issue
A user can no longer login into his Invenias X account. Logging in via a web browser ends up with webpage perpetually loading. Logging in via Outlook plugin fails with “Invalid Identity Token” error.
Resolution
The issue was caused by an incorrect time zone on the user’s laptop. Changing the time zone and adjusting the time accordingly fixed the issue.
