If you are having problems with Firefox one of the first things to try is starting Firefox in safe mode without add-ons as one of them could be causing your problems.

Option 1:

• Make sure Firefox is not running
• Hold SHIFT key and double click on the Firefox shortcut on your desktop or in Program Menu

Option 2:

• Make sure Firefox is not running
• Start > Run type firefox -safe-mode and press OK
